SUS304 Stainless Steel Construction with a DC Brushless Motor
The whole chassis is SUS304 stainless steel, with a 1.5 mm top cover and 1.0 mm body panels, and the thickness can be customized on order. A DC brushless motor with an integrated planetary reducer delivers 100 W, with a 350 W peak, and is rated for 15 million continuous open and close cycles. A smart reset system and precise infrared sensing keep the passage smooth and reliable.

Eight verification options are available: face, palm vein, fingerprint, iris, alcohol detection, buttons, QR code and card reading. Step 1 — Identity Verification
The add-on credential module (card, QR code or face recognition panel) processes the authorization. An external button or remote control works without a module fitted.
Step 2 — Controller Signal
The ARM control core sends an open signal over RS485, RS232 or IO relay. Wiegand 26/34 output is available for third-party access control integration.
Step 3 — Gate Movement
The brushless motor opens the gate in under 0.5 seconds while six infrared pairs monitor the passage. Throughput reaches 50 persons per minute.
Step 4 — Safety and reset
Resistance triggers reverse braking and three-stage torque compensation. On a power cut, the gate opens and the control core keeps its position, so no recalibration is needed on restart.
