A high-precision direct-drive servo motor (110 W, 400 W peak) gives stable, smooth operation, and sensitive infrared sensing detects people quickly. The integrated 7-inch panel makes setup easy and cuts maintenance costs, while the aluminum alloy build, with a 9 mm top cover and 2.5 mm column wall, adds strength and corrosion resistance.
High-Security Entry with Multiple Authentication Methods
Eight verification options are available: face, palm vein, fingerprint, iris, alcohol detection, buttons, QR code and card reading. Several methods can run on one panel at the same time, which gives you multi-modal biometric authentication without extra hardware.

Every Interstellar gate follows the same control flow — from identity check to passage — in under a second.
Step 1 — Identity verification
The face panel detects the user at 0.5 to 3 m and finishes recognition in 200 to 300 ms at 99.98% accuracy. The comparison runs on the onboard processor, so access decisions need no cloud round trip. Card or QR readers process credentials in parallel.
Step 2 — Controller signal
The ARM industrial control core sends an open signal over RS485, RS232 or IO relay. Wiegand 26/34 output is available for third-party platforms.
Step 3 — Gate movement
The direct-drive servo motor opens the gate in under 0.3 seconds and holds the passage open for the configured dwell time.
Step 4 — Safety and reset
If the gate meets resistance, reverse braking and three-stage torque compensation engage before contact. Infrared sensors re-close the gate if a second person follows. On a power cut, the gate opens and the control core keeps its position.
