The aluminum alloy cylindrical case fits compact settings. A DC brushless all-in-one unit powers it, and a smart reset system restores the gate automatically after each passage. Because both gate panels hang from one column, you save floor space and hardware compared with a standard three-post dual lane layout.

Every Xingyun gate follows the same control flow — from credential check to passage — in under a second.
Step 1 — Identity verification
The chosen credential module (card, QR code or face panel) processes the authorization. The comparison runs locally on the ARM control core.
Step 2 — Controller signal
The ARM industrial control core sends an open signal over RS485, RS232 or IO relay. Wiegand 26/34 output is available for third-party integration.
Step 3 — Gate movement
The brushless motor opens the gate in under 0.5 seconds, and the passage holds open for the configured dwell time. Throughput reaches 50 persons per minute per lane.
Step 4 — Safety and reset
Resistance triggers reverse braking and three-stage torque compensation. On a power cut, the gate opens automatically and the control core keeps its position.
